Responsible for the coordination of day to day operations as well as the ability to plan for future expansion of the Ultrasound Department. Other duties include but are not limited to the following:
Oversees a varying number of technical personnel
Prepares, administers, and monitors the annual budget for Ultrasound
Responsible for the appropriate ACR accreditation
Must have the ability to lead and build a cohesive quality-oriented team
Interacts well with all levels of management as well as with patients
Registered by the ARDMS required. 5 years technical experience required. 3 years supervisory experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Able to sit and walk occasionally; stand constantly. Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs occasionally. Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally. Able to reach constantly. Able to use hand for simple/firm grasping.
